The Dokuz Eylul University Seismological Observation Network (DEUNET), which was established within the scope of a BAP project developed by the Department of Geophysical Engineering, started to operate on February 15, 2019. Initially, five earthquake stations with broadband seismometers were installed in Izmir. Calibration studies are continuing in the seismic network aiming to observe earthquakes and to determine earthquake parameters in the region.

Live Seismograms
Vertical component seismograms are updated in 10 min intervals. Seismograms are displayed according to UTC (GMT) time zone. Our current local time is GMT+3. For example, 10:20 UTC corresponds to (at) 13:20 local time in Turkey. The horizontal and vertical axes represent minutes and hours, respectively. The red cursor on the plots shows the time that seismograms were updated according to the UTC time.
